The new bankruptcy legislation has a good many inserted items that have nothing to do with bankruptcy...except as a means to drive you to it. For example, didja know that inserted into this law is a provision to allow the credit card companies to assess a 30% late fee? 30%?! Be late a couple of times and you balance has DOUBLED! Now, if you were too blind to see that the bankruptcy legislation was authored, bought, and paid for by the credit card companies, it is time to open your eyes Helen Keller! This is corporate terror and the administration is facilitating it!
